Can you eliminate pests entirely after your service?
While our goal is to significantly reduce or eliminate pests, complete eradication in a single treatment is not always guaranteed. This depends on the type of pest, the extent of the infestation, and external factors such as the hygiene practices of neighboring properties, which can lead to re-infestation as pests may travel from adjacent areas. There are hardy pests that would require several treatments and we would advice you accordingly.
We assure you that pest occurrence incidents would reduce greatly with pest control and pest management. For corporations especially in F&B manufacturing environment, pest count and pest control trend analysis report would provide a proof of effectiveness of our pest control treatment.
In the case of termites, even if we successfully eliminate the colony through baiting, reinfestation can occur in the future when alates (winged termites) mate and establish new colonies. Baiting is an effective method for colony elimination, but it does not provide long-term protection against new termite infestations.
It’s important to remember that pests are living organisms that reproduce, so infestations can recur over time. Therefore, we highly recommend a long-term prevention and mitigation pest control contract. Regular treatments and inspections are crucial to maintaining a pest-free environment and preventing future infestations.
