Our Zero-Tolerance Policy

We adhere strictly to a zero-tolerance policy regarding any form of harassment within our workplace, encompassing interactions with employees, customers, suppliers, and all other stakeholders. This policy unequivocally condemns all forms of harassment, including but not limited to:

  1. Verbal Harassment: This includes any use of derogatory remarks, insults, or demeaning language.
  2. Non-Verbal Harassment: Actions such as gestures or physical intimidation that create an uncomfortable or hostile environment.
  3. Sexual Harassment: Unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other inappropriate sexual conduct.
  4. Discrimination: Any prejudicial treatment based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or disability.

In the event that when our employees find themselves in a situation that may constitute harassment, these shall be the protocol to follow:

  • Avoid Retaliation or Argument: Do not engage in retaliation or heated discussions. Instead, maintain professionalism and calm.
  • Disengage Respectfully: Politely explain that the interaction appears to be veering towards harassment, which contradicts our company’s policies. Consequently, you will cease the conversation or engagement.
  • Request Assistance: If necessary, seek the intervention of another colleague or supervisor to take over the interaction.
  • Report Promptly: All incidents of harassment must be reported immediately to the relevant department or personnel for appropriate action.
