Pest management built for Malaysian businesses.
From food factories to shopping malls, condominiums to religious institutions — we deliver commercial-grade pest management with the credentials, documentation, and operational seriousness that procurement teams require.
Four commitments to every business client.
Procurement teams and QA managers need to verify specific things before awarding a contract. Here’s what we guarantee across every commercial engagement.
Evidence of Standards
We provide documented evidence that our services meet the specific standards required by your site — HACCP, ISO, internal QA protocols, and regulatory requirements.
Qualified Team
Our technicians hold the necessary qualifications — including an in-house Field Biologist — ensuring consistently professional delivery across every visit.
Requisite Insurance
We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for commercial operations. Let us know your specific insured sum requirements and we’ll confirm coverage.
Licensed & MPMA Member
Fully licensed by the appropriate authorities for pesticide application and a proud member of the Malaysia Pest Management Association (MPMA).
When chemicals aren’t an option.
In food production, pharmaceutical, or contamination-sensitive environments, chemical pest control is often restricted or prohibited. We adjust our approach accordingly.
Non-chemical methods for food safety-first environments.
In food production areas, the risk of product contamination from rodenticide baits or pesticide residues is a real concern. We use alternative pest control strategies designed specifically for these sensitive contexts.
- Physical trapping
- Insect light traps
- Adhesive pads
- Non-residual organic sprays
Records that support best manufacturing practices.
For HACCP-certified, ISO-audited, or QA-driven operations, pest control records are part of compliance. We support the full documentation trail your operation requires.
We advise and train your team on maintaining an active pest sightings log — the foundation of ongoing monitoring.
Comprehensive audit trail: treatment dates, identified pests, pesticides used, quantities, and follow-up actions.
SDS documentation for every chemical used on your site — accessible for audit review and emergency reference.
Documented risk assessments for your specific premise — entry points, infestation risks, mitigation strategies.
Current insurance certificates, licensing documentation, and corporate records available on request.
Pest awareness training, delivered by experts.
Most pest control companies treat pests. We also train your staff to prevent them. Genesis Origo is our dedicated training division — a rare offering in the Malaysian pest control market.
For departments needing pest awareness and management training, we can equip your team with knowledge of pest behaviour, prevention strategies, and integrated pest management principles tailored to your operational environment.

Pest control for food-industry clients.
If your business is HACCP-certified or operating in food safety-critical environments, you have specific needs — and we’re built to serve them.
Built around food safety requirements.
Pests have a huge impact on food industries — contamination, audit failures, regulatory consequences, reputational damage. We understand the needs of food processors, manufacturers, and F&B operators. Our protocols are designed from the ground up for HACCP-compliant operation.
What procurement teams ask us.
The questions we hear most during tender, RFP, and vendor evaluation conversations.
Can you meet our specific insurance sum requirements?
Yes. We maintain professional indemnity and public liability insurance appropriate for commercial operations. For clients with specific insured-sum requirements (common for manufacturing, food processing, or high-value premises), tell us the required coverage level and we’ll confirm or arrange accordingly before contract sign-off.
What documentation do you provide for audits?
Periodic pest control reports (treatment dates, pests identified, pesticides used with quantities, follow-up actions), Safety Data Sheets for every chemical, site risk assessments, insurance certificates, and licensing documentation. All designed to withstand HACCP, ISO, GMP, and internal QA audit scrutiny.
Is your staff training HRDC-claimable?
Yes. Our training division, ジェネシス・オリゴ, offers HRDC-claimable programmes covering pest behaviour, integrated pest management, and prevention strategies. This means your business can claim training costs through the Human Resources Development Corporation (HRDC) levy — typical for most Malaysian companies with paid workforce.
We tailor training content to your sector and operational context — food manufacturing, hospitality, warehousing, etc.
Do you offer non-chemical pest control for food production areas?
Yes. For food production zones, pharmaceutical facilities, or other contamination-sensitive environments, we use non-chemical methods: physical trapping, insect light traps, adhesive pads, and non-residual organic sprays. These methods avoid product contamination risk while still delivering effective control.
For food processing clients specifically, we usually combine non-chemical methods in production zones with targeted chemical application only in permitted areas like perimeters and support zones.
How quickly can you respond to commercial pest incidents?
For contracted clients, response times are defined in the service agreement — typically same-day or next-day for active issues, scheduled visits for ongoing monitoring. For new commercial inquiries, we prioritise site assessment within a few working days.
Our operational motto is “Prompt Service, Best Attention Always” — and we apply it across every sector we serve.
Can you provide a tender/RFP response or commercial proposal?
Yes. For larger commercial contracts, we provide detailed proposals including scope of work, chemical specifications, visit frequency, reporting deliverables, insurance summary, and team credentials. Depending on complexity, turnaround is typically 3–7 working days after site assessment.
Contact us with your tender brief or RFP document — we’ll respond with a complete proposal.
Let’s discuss your commercial requirements.
Share your sector, premise size, compliance requirements, and any specific insurance or reporting needs. We’ll arrange a site assessment and prepare a tailored commercial proposal.
