Bed bugs aren’t your fault. They’re our specialty.
Bed bugs are widely recognised as the hardest household pest to eliminate. They’re also one of the most distressing — emotionally and physically. We treat them with a proven 3-visit programme, refined over decades.
Bed bugs cause real distress.
If you’re here, you’re probably exhausted, anxious, and looking for honest help. The impact of an infestation goes far beyond the itch.
Painful bites, sleepless nights
Itchy bites in lines or clusters, often on the face, neck, arms, and hands. Constant scratching can lead to skin scarring, secondary infections, and trigger conditions like eczema.
Anxiety about going to bed
Your bed should be a sanctuary. Instead, it becomes a source of dread. The psychological stress of repeated nights of dread is genuinely debilitating.
Embarrassment and isolation
Feeling reluctant to invite people over. Worrying about transferring the problem to others. The stigma is real — but it’s based on a misconception, not reality.
Bed bugs aren’t a sign of poor hygiene.
This is the most damaging misconception about bed bugs — and it stops many people from seeking help quickly. Here’s the truth.
Bed bugs are hitchhikers — not invaders.
Bed bugs travel from infested places to new locations via luggage, clothing, used furniture, and even shopping bags. They can infest a spotless five-star hotel just as easily as anywhere else.
You didn’t bring this on yourself. You picked up a passenger somewhere — perhaps a hotel stay, a second-hand purchase, or a visit to an infested location. The right response isn’t shame; it’s prompt, professional treatment.
Travel & luggage
Hotels, hostels, transport. Bed bugs hide in luggage seams and travel home with you.
Used furniture
Second-hand mattresses, sofas, bed frames. Always inspect before bringing home.
Shared buildings
Apartments and shoplots. Bed bugs travel through walls, pipes, and electrical outlets.
Clothing & bags
From work, school, public transport, or visits to infested places. Tiny enough to fit anywhere.
What to look for in your home.
Adult bed bugs are about the size of an apple seed — visible to the naked eye. Here are the specific signs to check for.
Common signs of infestation.
- 噛みつき: Small, red, itchy bites in lines or clusters — often on face, neck, arms, hands.
- Blood spots on bedding: Rusty or reddish stains on sheets and mattresses, from bed bugs being crushed.
- Fecal spots: Tiny dark spots on bedding, mattresses, walls, or skirting — bed bug excrement.
- Live bugs: Adult bed bugs are reddish-brown, flat, oval, about 5mm long — visible without magnification.
- Where they hide: Mattress seams, box springs, bed frames, headboards, behind wallpaper, in furniture cracks, and electrical outlets.
Four reasons they’re hard to eliminate.
Understanding why they’re so stubborn explains why one DIY treatment never works — and why a structured 3-visit programme does.
Eggs survive most chemicals
Adult bed bugs can be killed in one treatment. Their eggs cannot. Eggs hatch over 1-2 weeks after the first treatment, requiring repeat application before the new generation can mature and reproduce.
Hide in tiny crevices
Bed bugs squeeze into spaces the width of a credit card — mattress seams, bed frame joints, behind skirting boards, inside electrical outlets. Surface spraying misses most of them.
Survive without food
Bed bugs can live for up to a year without feeding. Leaving a room empty for weeks doesn’t starve them out — they simply wait you out and resume feeding when you return.
Insecticide resistance
Modern bed bug populations have evolved resistance to many traditional pesticides. Effective treatment requires specific products and protocols — not generic insect spray.
The 3-visit treatment programme.
One treatment never works. Two might miss the egg cycle. Three visits across 4-6 weeks targets every generation — adults, nymphs, and newly hatched eggs.
Comprehensive inspection followed by targeted application across mattresses, bed frames, skirting boards, and identified hiding zones. Eliminates the bulk of adult bed bugs and nymphs immediately.
- Full inspection & mapping
- Treatment of all hiding zones
- Customer briefing on next steps
Eggs that survived Visit 01 will hatch into nymphs around now. We treat again before they can mature and reproduce — breaking the life cycle at its most vulnerable stage.
- Targets newly hatched nymphs
- Re-treats persistent zones
- Reviews customer observations
Final inspection to confirm elimination. Any remaining hotspots are treated. Recommendations on prevention to keep bed bugs from returning via luggage, visitors, or used items.
- Verifies treatment success
- Targets any residual activity

Preparing your home for treatment.
A few simple preparation steps significantly improve treatment effectiveness. We’ll provide full guidance after booking — here’s a preview.
Wash bedding hot
Wash all bed sheets, pillowcases, and blankets at 60°C or higher. Heat kills bed bugs at all life stages.
Declutter the space
Remove unnecessary items from under beds and around the room. Bed bugs hide in clutter — the less, the better.
Vacuum thoroughly
Vacuum mattresses, bed frames, carpets, and floor edges. Empty the vacuum bag immediately into a sealed plastic bag.
Bag personal items
Place clothing, soft toys, and books in sealed plastic bags. Keeps them clean and prevents bed bug spread during treatment.
What customers ask us about bed bugs.
The questions we hear most — many reflecting fears that turn out to be unfounded.
Why do I need 3 visits? Can’t one treatment do it?
Bed bug eggs are highly resistant to most chemicals. A single treatment kills active bed bugs but leaves eggs to hatch in 1-2 weeks — and the cycle restarts. The 3-visit programme deliberately targets each life stage as it emerges, breaking the cycle completely.
This is why the National Pest Management Association reports that 76% of pest professionals say bed bugs are the hardest pest to eradicate — and most require 2 or more visits.
Did I get bed bugs because my home is dirty?
No. This is the single biggest myth about bed bugs. They are hitchhikers — they travel via luggage, clothing, used furniture, and visiting people, regardless of how clean the destination is.
Some of the worst infestations we treat are in spotless homes, premium hotels, and luxury apartments. The connection between bed bugs and hygiene is purely a misconception — please don’t let shame stop you from getting prompt help.
How much does bed bug treatment cost?
Bed bug treatment starts from RM 600 for the full 3-visit programme. Final pricing depends on the size of your premise, the severity of infestation, and whether multiple rooms or units are affected.
Inspection is free. View our full pricing guide for reference rates.
Are the chemicals safe for my children and pets?
Yes. We use registered, licensed insecticides applied by trained operators. We’ll advise on a safe re-entry period after each treatment — typically a few hours of ventilation and avoiding direct contact with treated surfaces.
For homes with infants, elderly, or pets, we adjust application techniques to minimise exposure while maintaining effectiveness.
Should I throw out my mattress?
Usually no — and this is one of the most common mistakes people make. A treated mattress can almost always be saved. Throwing it out also creates a risk of spreading bed bugs to whoever picks it up next.
If a mattress is severely infested or already damaged, we’ll advise replacement — and how to dispose of it responsibly. But for most cases, treatment is more effective and cheaper than replacement.
How long until I can sleep peacefully again?
Most customers see significant reduction in bed bug activity within 1-2 weeks of the first treatment. By the end of the 3-visit programme (4-6 weeks), elimination is typically complete.
If you have ongoing concerns or see continued activity beyond Visit 3, contact us — we’ll inspect again and address any persistent hotspots.
How can I prevent bed bugs from coming back?
After successful treatment, prevention focuses on avoiding re-introduction: inspect luggage and clothing after travel, never bring home second-hand mattresses or upholstered furniture without inspection, vacuum regularly, and address any signs of bed bug activity immediately.
