Inspect
A trained technician walks the premises, logs rodent signs — droppings, gnaw marks, runways, grease trails — and documents entry points.
Seal & Exclude
Identified entry points are sealed where practical. Exclusion is the single most effective long-term measure against re-infestation.
Treat
Deploy the right tool for the setting — anti-coagulant baits, non-anti-coagulant baits, cage traps, glue boards, or tamper-resistant bait stations (TRBS).
Monitor
Scheduled return visits, bait consumption logs, and activity mapping. Adjust tactics as infestation pressure changes.
