Forms of harassment we condemn.
This policy unequivocally condemns all forms of harassment, including but not limited to:

Response protocol — what to do.
In the event that our employees find themselves in a situation that may constitute harassment, these shall be the protocol to follow:

Do not engage in retaliation or heated discussions. Instead, maintain professionalism and calm.

Politely explain that the interaction appears to be veering towards harassment, which contradicts our company’s policies. Consequently, you will cease the conversation or engagement.
援助を要請する
If necessary, seek the intervention of another colleague or supervisor to take over the interaction.
速やかに報告する
All incidents of harassment must be reported immediately to the relevant department or personnel for appropriate action.
