Pest control isn’t a one-size-fits-all service. The reason vendors don’t publish single fixed prices is that the same job at two different premises can legitimately cost very different amounts. Here’s what actually drives the difference.
Premise size
Single-storey house vs double-storey vs factory vs 20-unit condo block. Larger areas need more product, time, and team members.
Pest type
Termite baiting and bed bug treatment are more involved than a one-off cockroach spray. Different pests need different methods and chemicals.
Severity
A few ants vs a full-blown infestation require different approaches. Severe infestations may need multiple treatments and follow-up visits.
Treatment frequency
One-off treatment vs ongoing maintenance contract. Long-term contracts have lower per-visit pricing built in.
Accessibility
Ground-floor vs high-rise. Easy attic access vs sealed roof spaces. HACCP-zone scheduling. These affect time and labour.

The price we quote is the price you pay. If we say RM 350 for a bed bug treatment, that’s RM 350 — not RM 350 plus “additional chemical fee” plus “second visit charge” plus a “rush fee” we forgot to mention. If anything genuinely changes mid-job (e.g. we discover the infestation is much worse than the photo suggested), we’ll explain and confirm with you before doing extra work.
If a competitor quoted you a price that seems too good to be true, ask them what’s not included. That’s usually where the real cost hides. We’d rather quote you a fair price up front than win the job and surprise you later.

Is the quotation free?
Yes. Quotations are completely free with no obligation. For larger jobs requiring a site assessment, the inspection is also free — you only pay if you decide to proceed with the treatment.
Why don’t you publish fixed prices?
Because no two pest situations are identical. A 1,000 sqft single-storey terrace with a few ants needs a different treatment than a 3,000 sqft bungalow with a termite infestation. Published fixed prices usually hide caveats and lead to surprise charges later. We’d rather quote you accurately.
Do you offer warranty?
For most one-off treatments we offer a follow-up period during which we’ll re-treat if the pest issue returns. Specific warranty terms depend on the treatment type (e.g. termite baiting has different warranty structure than mosquito fogging). We’ll explain clearly in your quote.
Can I get a quote without site visit?
For straightforward residential jobs — yes, we can quote from a photo and a brief description. For commercial premises, factories, or anything where premise layout significantly affects scope, a site visit gives you a much more accurate quote.
Do you accept credit card / bank transfer?
Yes. We accept bank transfer, online banking, and cheque. For commercial clients we issue formal invoices on standard payment terms. Receipts and tax invoices provided for all transactions.
Are you registered for e-invoicing?
